The location of this hotel is amazing - it's situated just outside a small village at the edge of the lake, providing an incredible view of the surrounding geography. The staff was friendly and available throughout my stay. The parking and transportation facilities were convenient and made it easy for me to explore this beautiful area.
No negatives from this hotel - my stay was lovely and I would highly recommend it.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities that fulfilled my luxurious needs. the location was absolutely stunning with a magnificent view of a 300,000 year old volcano caldera. Staff provided exceptional service, assisting me in making arrangements for trekking activities and bicycle rentals. the food served at the restaurant was not only decent for breakfast but also magnificent for dinner.
The bathroom design lacked consideration, and the cabins needed more maintenance and repairs. the minor issue that I encountered did not detract from the luxury and exclusivity that this hotel provided.

Loved waking up with an amazing view of nature! The staff was super friendly and always available. They even shared their company with us! We had a great time near one of the most beautiful landscapes we have ever seen. , the room and facilities were very clean.
The price was over our budget for the area. The location wasn't great since it was far from everything else.

The location of this hotel is simply stunning. Surrounded by a lake and a majestic mountain, the views are breathtaking. the staff was very friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. the food was delicious and prepared with care.
The hotel lacked proper maintenance. the rooms were not very clean and seemed to be falling apart.
